The outer cover of the vest is exceptionally robust, featuring fabric that ranges from 250-350 GSM. This fabric is further enhanced with a PU Coating and undergoes a special anti-flaming treatment, making it flame retardant. We have engineered this armor to be both lightweight and efficient; even with all accessories included, the vest weighs between 1700 to 2000 grams.

Safety is our utmost priority. That’s why our vests come with the provision for inserting bulletproof hard armor plates at both the front and back of the outer cover. For additional protective measures, the vest is treated to be ultraviolet protective, water repellent, and washable.

Adjustability is a key factor in the effectiveness of body armor, and our vests come equipped with full Velcro straps for ease of use. The side Velcro straps measure 18 cm x 11.5 cm, and the shoulder Velcro straps on both sides are 14 cm x 5 cm. For enhanced durability, all Velcro areas are double-stitched, with the inner stitch carefully placed 1 cm away from the outer stitch.

For immediate identification, the vest has a visible marking indicating Protection Level IIIA on the front side. It also carries a reflective “POLICE” emblem on both the front and rear sides. To honor the force, the Bangladesh Police monogram is prominently displayed above the Police emblem on the vest.

Our armor goes above and beyond by offering front and back provisions for inserting soft armor panels. To ensure optimal comfort, a cooling mesh liner is incorporated into the design. The soft armor panels themselves are manufactured with anti-trauma material to minimize any potential trauma effect.

The stitching of the soft armor panels is conducted using Kevlar thread, adding yet another layer of durability and protection to this already advanced body armor system.
