The RAIDER is designed and known within the NL MARNS as the ‘Van Sprang Package’. Major General Van Sprang expressed a few years ago that the mariner should be equipped with significantly better gear. After several design and test sessions, the RAIDER is the result. It’s a combination of creative design, good and extensive user input, direct testing, and feedback. The design aligns 100% with the NL Mariner and his other equipment.
